Fairmont's strongest point is its idyllic location in the West Virginia Mountains. All types of outdoor activities are popular in West Virginia, making Fairmont a good destination for outdoorsmen and lovers of nature. Seasons are quite distinct in Fairmont. Mollohan's public service, and restored in 2000.
