Goodpasture Covered Bridge, Approximately 25 miles East of Springfield, Oregon at Vida. The Goodpasture Covered Bridge is the second longest covered bridge in Oregon. The structure has superb architectural detailing, including 10 gothic style louvered windows on each side, false end beams, semi-elliptical portals, and a 165 foot housed Howe truss, spanning the MacKenzie River.

The Springfield Filbert Festival, held in Willamalane's Island Park, showcases the filbert. Events include jazz and rock music, as well as a battle for best harmonica player during the Northwest Harmonica Championships. The filbert is highlighted in a cookoff, as well as in other delicious foods. Kids will enjoy the activities available in the Nutty Kingdom, as well as the music on the Youth Stage.
