Lee's Summit is a city located in Jackson County and Cass County, Missouri.It is the third largest city, geographically-based, in Missouri.
Lee's Summit was the birthplace of jazz guitarist Pat Metheny and is the current home of Internet celebrity Richard Kyanka.
The original name of Lee's Summit was Strother, but the name had already been taken by another city.
