There are a variety of activities available to residents; the State Capitol is 18 miles away, the local theater company performs at the historic Waterville Opera House, tours are provided by area mills, the local school systems have extremely active sports programs for our children, a new Children's Center is in the process of being designed which will combine the activities of the Waterville Area YMCA and the local Boys and Girls Club, or in about an hour you can ski at Sugarloaf/USA in the winter, or be sitting on the beach along the beautiful Maine coast in the summer.
