The City of East Point is southwest of the neighborhoods of Atlanta in Fulton County. The city is named for being at the opposite end of the former Atlanta and West Point Railroad from West Point, Georgia.

East Point has a classic town square that has undergone some major changes over the last few years. Lots of the old run down business and empty storefronts have been replaced with restaurants, shops, chiropractic offices, coffee houses and more! The town is now a vibrant exciting place to go on the weekend and enjoy a wide variety of things to do.
